What is Doming?

Aero Graphix can now improve any of our decals by applying a clear lens over the label. Our doming is manufactured to meet or exceed automotive quality standards. This clear polyurethane doming protects the label and makes it more attractive and appealing. Doming also makes the label highly visible. The 3D appearance and depth will distinguish your Aircraft or Vehicle from your buddies or your competition. Doming is surprisingly light and only adds on average 2 - 9 ounces of weight to each decal (depending on decal size). Most of the time the Dome effect will only be applied to select decals, not the entire set.

It Sticks and Stays!

Doming will work on an array of materials and inks. Doming will also adhere to most surfaces including curved, rough, smooth and soft. The doming resin will flow and conform to a variety of shapes and sizes. The polyurethane doming resin will not discolor, crack or harden. This protects your label from the harshest environment and is resistant to temperature and moisture extremes.

Want an ever greater 3-D Effect?

To enhance your decal even more, consider a metallic background or a metallic holographic background. This really brings out the 3D effect.

Any Reproduction of designs, images, logos and all artwork similar to the one's embodied herein is expressly forbidden. Should such design, construction and selling occur, Aero Graphix is due a minimum of $500 as compensation for the time, effort in creating each individual design(s) per Federal Law 17 U.S.C.
